DO I NEED TO RETAIN AN ATTORNEY IF CHARGED WITH A CRIMINAL OFFENSE?

Yes. I would recommend it. Money is replaceable. A criminal record is an indelible mark which may preclude your eligibility to secure employment as a schoolteacher or government official. If you are already employed by government you may be required to forfeit your position. You may not be able to secure a professional license to practice from a professional licensing board. If you are mot a United States citizen you may be deported.

In thirty (30) years I have been a criminal defense attorney I have helped many clients avoid conviction, avoid jail time, avoid maximum fines, avoid suspension of driver’s license.

If you have been charged I can possibly help you if retained.

Contact me today for your free initial consultation and a no nonsense discussion of how I can help you.
