DO I NEED AN ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT ME IF I AM CHARGED WITH A CRIMINAL OFFENSE?
Yes. I would recommend it. Money is replaceable. A criminal record is an indelible mark which may preclude you from securing employment as a schoolteacher or other government official. If you are already employed by government you may be required to forfeit your position. You may be denied a professional license to practice by a licensing board. If you are not a United States citizen you may be deported.
I have helped many clients avoid criminal record, avoid jail time, avoid maximum fines, avoid loss of driver’s license.
I can possibly help you if retained.
